2 each TWR P/N-LK1D1/1L450 FAA D1 120VAC Medium Intensity White L-865 Lighting Systems for monopole transmission towers.

3. The rationale or circumstance for limiting completion.

There are other vendors that supply equipment similar in function to the PWR lighting system, however these systems are not compatible with the monitoring systems in place that are designed to receive input from the PWR control boxes and the SCADA system used to convey the information to SNO will not be replaced and are configured to receive the data from the PWR controller. It would not be cost reasonable to procure a new system to be compatible with a new system or multiple systems.
