About this file
This document is Amendment 2 to a contract (DCY-C-2627-0050) between the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) and ICF Ohio, L.L.C. dba ICF Incorporated L.L.C. The amendment modifies a previously established contract that originated from DCY's Request for Proposals #DCY-C-0207R, with initial contract signing on July 31, 2025, and a previous amendment on August 29, 2025.
The amendment adds a new Task 9 focused on creating a Rate Card for Congregate Care Services, which requires ICF to collect rate pricing data from congregate care providers to ensure uniform pricing across Title IV-E Agencies. The contract's total amount is increased to $579,726.00, with the new task involving multi-phase data collection through online/mail surveys and individual provider interviews. The contract covers services including per diem rate collection, survey tool development, cost analysis, statistical methodologies, written reports, and presentation materials, with a time period spanning approximately July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 and a potential one-year extension. No additional reimbursement will be provided for travel or related expenses.
