The SDO seeks to establish a pre-qualified list of companies that can provide services such as appending Eligible Entities' supplier lists with information on the vendors' diversity certifications. The RFR outlines the scope of services, eligible entity inputs and expected outputs, bidder qualifications, and the evaluation criteria. The contract will be for an initial 3-year term with two 2-year renewal options, for a total potential duration of 7 years. Bidders must submit responses electronically via COMMBUYS by the deadline of November 1, 2023 at 2 PM ET.
