The Kallisti program aims to develop algorithmic models for predicting adversarial platform behavior and situational awareness, combining algorithms with human expertise to explore national security scenarios and provide decision-makers with enhanced options for incentive frameworks while preventing unwanted escalation.
The event is limited to 100 registrants with a maximum of 2 representatives per organization, and registration must be completed by January 31, 2025, 5 p.m. EST at events.sa-meetings.com/darpakallistiPD. Kallisti Proposers Day EVENT DATE: 7 February, 2025 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 31 January, 2025 5 p.m.
REGISTRATION WEBSITE: https://events.sa-meetings.com/darpakallistiPD TECHNICAL POC: Dr. Eric Davis, STO Program Manager E-MAIL: kallisti@darpa.mil
PROPOSERS DAY:
DARPA will host a Proposers Day in support of DARPA-PS-25-06, Kallisti program on February 7, 2025, at the Executive Conference Center, 4075 Wilson Blvd. Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. The purpose of this conference is to provide information on the Kallisti program; promote additional discussion on this topic; address questions from potential proposers; and provide a forum for potential proposers to present their capabilities for teaming opportunities.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE AND DESCRIPTION: The objective of the Kallisti program is to develop an algorithmic model of adversarial platform situational awareness and predict future behavior. The program will seek to combine algorithms with human expertise to explore, in a modeling and simulation environment, potential courses of action in national security scenarios with far greater breadth and efficiency than is currently possible. Kallisti seeks to provide decision-makers with more options for incentive frameworks while preventing unwanted escalation. The program will seek not only to understand an actor’s current strategy but also to find a decomposed version of the strategy into relevant basis vectors to track strategy changes under non-stationary assumptions.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: DARPA hosts Proposers Days to promote teaming arrangements between researchers; provide potential performers with information on whether and how they might respond to the government’s research and development solicitations; and to increase efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation. Therefore, Proposers Days are open only to registered potential proposers.
Participants must register no later than January 31, 2025, at the following website:
https://events.sa-meetings.com/darpakallistiPD. Directions to the facility and other materials are also available on the website. There is no registration fee for attending this conference.

DARPA highly encourages teaming before proposal submission and will assist in facilitating teaming. A poster session will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST to facilitate interaction among attendees and to give an opportunity to showcase capabilities and build strong teams to solve the challenges presented in the Kallisti program. Due to limited space, DARPA will accept submissions on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee that an attendee’s requests to present will be fulfilled.
