About this file
This notice is for a sole source acquisition by the Drug Enforcement Administration for a software license from Gladiator Forensics, LLC. The DEA intends to acquire a license for the Gladiator Forensics Platform, which is currently integrated within DEA IT systems including the Central Tracker System, allowing real-time data flow and system analysis. Gladiator Forensics is the only vendor capable of providing this platform due to already meeting DEA security protocols required to interface with these systems. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement by March 22, 2024 demonstrating how they can meet the requirement, though a determination to not open the requirement to competition is at the government's discretion. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 13 and has an estimated total amount of $30,000, with a period of performance from March 27, 2024 through March 26, 2025.
