About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (#1) issued by the Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office for Contract CTR076200, involving Longhouse Inventory Solutions as the supplier. The contract is part of the NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials) Child Safety Seats program, with New Jersey serving as the lead state for this multi-state procurement initiative.
The amendment, effective August 15th, 2025, modifies the existing Master Agreement from May 1st, 2025, to update the pricing sheet (now labeled "CTR076200 Pricing Rev1"). The price increase is specifically driven by mandatory changes from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The amendment maintains all other existing contract terms and conditions, with the primary change being the revised pricing to reflect regulatory updates for statewide child safety seat procurement.
