About this file
This is a Contract Amendment for Contract No. CTR067443 between the Arizona State Retirement System and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, a law firm providing Securities Litigation Counsel services. The amendment is the second modification to the original contract and involves the state of Arizona's procurement processes.
The contract is being renewed for the period from August 29, 2025 to August 28, 2026. Key additions to the contract include definitions and prohibitions related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage, specifically preventing the contractor from using State of Arizona materials in generative AI queries or training without explicit written approval. The amendment also includes compliance requirements regarding technology products and a provision prohibiting the use of forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China. The contractor, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, has certified compliance with these conditions and agreed to the contract's terms, as evidenced by signatures from Danielle S. Myers (Partner) and Athena Elliston (Chief Procurement Officer).
