ADOT
Dear Ms. Knight, Per your request, University Termite and Pest Control proposes to treat for the rodents chewing on the wiring at Prescott Regional Lab. Since the rodents are possibly squirrels, which require live trap and release, multiple options are proposed. Traps will be inspected and refilled with bait every 2-3 days.
If the rodents are rats or mice, rodent bait stations will be placed on the exterior and snap traps will be placed inside as needed.
Option 1 - Squirrel Trapping
4 visit Squirrel Trapping @ $400.00/visit = $1,600.00
Total - $1,600.00
Option 2 - Rat/Mice Trapping and Baiting
5 visit Rodent Trapping/Baiting (performed monthly) @ $125.00/visit = $625.00
Total - $625.00
This is for your review and approval.
Sincerely, Stefan Moreno
