About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement Division, involving Crafco Inc. as the contractor for a statewide contract related to asphalt crack and joint sealant products. The amendment is numbered One (1) and is being executed pursuant to the contract's Uniform Terms and Conditions.

The amendment modifies two key aspects of the existing contract: first, it increases the administrative fee for contract sales to Co-op Buyers, rising from 1% to 1.5% effective January 1, 2024, and further increasing to 2% on January 1, 2025, in accordance with State Procurement Office Technical Bulletin 007. Second, the contract is mutually extended from July 23, 2024 to July 22, 2025, maintaining all other existing terms and conditions. The amendment emphasizes compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes and provides specific guidelines for fee calculation and payment procedures, which can be found on the State Procurement Office website.
