RE: CTR054962 / Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation Services, Statewide
Dear Ms. Tohtsoni:
I’m writing to request that Michael Turner be added as an approved appraiser as part of Appraisal
Technology’s contract with ADOT. When our company filled out the information for the most recent contract, we had some confusion on how we could continue to operate as separate appraisers within one contract. We decided that just using one appraiser, myself, as the point of contact was the easiest solution to make sure we filled out our contract appropriately and didn’t get disqualified for some minor error. We have appraisers in our office with varying expertise and Michael Turner has been working directly with ADOT on differing projects than I have. In hindsight, omitting him was an error on our part. We now feel that it would be most appropriate for Michael Turner be added as an approved appraiser so that he may continue to be involved. I hope that you understand the need for this change/addition as it will benefit our working relationship with ADOT.
I have attached Mr. Turner’s Personnel Bio on the following pages.
Thank you, Sharon.
Sincerely, Zach Sinay, MAI, R/W-AC
