The State will be responsible for providing only those things expressly identified, if any, in the Contract.
If the State has agreed to provide facilities or equipment, the Contractor, by signing this Contract, warrants that the Contractor has either inspected the facilities and/or equipment or has voluntarily waived an inspection and will work with the equipment and/or facilities on an “as is” basis.
