About this file

This document is Amendment 1 to Contract CSP024009 for Children and Youth Behavioral Mental Health Telehealth Services, executed between the State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, and A&R Clinical Services and Crisis Management. The amendment was prepared on 7/23 and is set to become effective on 03/14/25, modifying the original contract initially entered into on 10/14/24.

The amendment introduces three key modifications: (1) defining a "session" as a telehealth phone or video call plus associated follow-up work, (2) adding a new clinician hourly rate of $90/hour for availability between 8 AM - 8 PM EST, and (3) revising the service availability and scheduling section to specify that clinicians must be immediately available during those hours for client or guardian sessions, with any calls outside those times requiring first session completion by the next business day or at parental discretion. The amendment applies to all orders on or after 03/14/25, maintaining the original contract's other terms, conditions, and pricing structure.
