To: Prospective quoters Subject: Request for quotation number: 19MX5225Q0013

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for preventive maintenance services for the modular scroll air cooled chillers, and the dedicated heat recovery chiller of the USCG Merida.

If you would like to submit a quotation, please carefully review the requirements below.

The U.S. Government will award on a lowest price technically acceptable basis for responsible offerors submitting a proposal. The award will be based on initial quotations without discussions, although discussions might be hold with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

Quotations are due by January 17, 2024 – 17:00 hrs. CST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in writing, including all pricing, shipping and delivery time information. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to: meridaprocurement@state.gov Only email proposals will be accepted.

For a quotation to be considered, you must meet the below specifications:

Scope Carefully review the Statement of Work attached with the specifications and complete description of the commodity / service requested.

Delivery Place of performance:

U.S. Consulate General Merida Calle 60 Av. Prolongación Paseo Montejo # 1, Lote VM 01D, Vía Montejo Mérida, 97204, Yucatán Service will take place no later than 60 days after the PO is awarded.

Payment Payment will be via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Payment will be made after all item(s) / service(s) have been delivered and the invoice has been received, a processing time of 30 days will be required once the invoice has been received.

Non-payment for unauthorized work No payments will be made for any unauthorized supplies or services or for any unauthorized changes to the work specified herein. This includes any services performed by the Contractor of his own volition or at the request of an individual.

Period of performance Contractor shall complete the service within 15 calendar days after initial date.

Sam Registration Prospective offerors shall have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (NCage), must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - www.sam.gov), and be NDAA 899 compliant.
