About this file

This document appears to be an export of contract deliverables related to an indefinite delivery contract involving the Executive Office of the Governor and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The contract is identified by FLAIR Contract ID D2797 and involves interpreter services with specific performance and compliance requirements.

The contract outlines performance metrics centered on interpreter services, with detailed provisions for service periods, payment, and financial consequences for non-performance. Specifically, the contract stipulates that interpreter services will begin 15 minutes before an event and continue until service conclusion, with potential standby periods. Financial penalties include non-payment for unsatisfactory work, invoice reductions for failed tasks, and a full rate return for undelivered staff augmentation hours. The contract allows FDEM discretion in evaluating vendor performance and includes provisions for potential contract termination if significant performance deficiencies persist.

These consequences for non-performance are not to be considered penalties and are solely intended to compensate for non-performance or non-compliance. Continued Vendor inability to perform under the conditions of the contract, via the established Complaint to Vendor process, per Rule 60A-1.006 Florida Administrative Code (PUR 7017 form), may result in default proceedings. Failure to respond to a FDEM request to correct a deficiency in the performance of the Contract may result in termination of the Contract. Should the Vendor determine that there are significant barriers to conduct any of the minimum deliverables due to extenuating circumstances; FDEM may re-evaluate performance expectations upon a formal request from the Vendor.",,
