About this file
This document appears to be a contract deliverables export for the Executive Office of the Governor, with a specific FLAIR Contract ID of H0265. The contract involves aid financing and is associated with a contractual service agreement for professional services.
The contract is structured as a cost reimbursement arrangement with monthly payments, contingent upon the submission of detailed time data reports including employee names, dates worked, hours worked, and itemized invoices. The contract has a three-year term, with provisions for rate renegotiation at the end of the third year (June 30, 2022). Performance is closely monitored, with deliverables requiring approval by the Contract Manager or Division's Designee. Financial penalties of 2% of the monthly invoice are imposed for late reports, and the contractor may be required to work on-site and provide status updates as directed. The pricing is not predetermined and will be determined based on completed work.
