The City seeks qualified firms to provide on-call support for planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and related services for infrastructure and capital improvement projects with estimated construction costs not exceeding $7.5 million or study costs not exceeding $0.5 million. Seven discipline categories are available for competition: Site Development/General Civil, Transportation, Stormwater and Flood Mitigation, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, Geotechnical & Materials Testing, Environmental Contamination, and Survey/Mapping & Subsurface Utility Engineering. Firms must submit separate responses for each discipline category of interest, with each submission limited to 50 pages. The question submission deadline is May 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., and proposals are due by May 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., via the City's e-Procurement Portal, with evaluation committee meetings scheduled for May 27, 2026.

An analysis was performed to determine the capacity of the existing elements to predict their expected behavior under additional loads, review of the available plans including previous repair drawings, conclusions and recommendation for repair of the existing damages, preliminary cost estimate for the concrete restoration needed and additional recommendations for tests to discard the possibility of a hidden condition not observed during the non- destructive inspection was also performed.
After the report, he provided the structural repair plans for approximate 37,150 LF of cracks on concrete slabs, 1,495 LF of cracks on concrete beams and columns and the application of 51,800 SF of waterproofing at roof level; also, the replacement of damaged expansion joints, hangers for an inverted T beam at roof level and the protection of Cazali Hangers for precast joist. Currently he is part of the staff performing full time inspections during construction.
