About this file

This document is a job aid from COMMBUYS, a state procurement platform, providing detailed instructions for vendors on how to withdraw, reopen, and resubmit quotes through their online system. The guide is specifically designed to help vendors modify their quote submissions before the bid opening date, addressing scenarios such as uploading incorrect files, excluding necessary documentation, or needing to include additional information. Only users with Seller privileges can make these modifications, and the process involves logging into the system, locating the submitted quote, withdrawing it, reopening the quote, making necessary changes across various tabs (General, Items, Questions, Attachments), and then resubmitting the quote.

The job aid provides a step-by-step screenshot-based workflow that outlines seven distinct stages for quote management, including logging into COMMBUYS, accessing submitted quotes, withdrawing a quote, reopening the quote, modifying quote details, and ultimately resubmitting the revised quote. Each step includes specific instructions and visual guidance to help vendors navigate the quote modification process efficiently. The document emphasizes that quotes can be modified any time before the official bid opening date, which serves as the deadline for quote submissions.
