About this file
This document is a job aid that provides step-by-step instructions for creating a quote in COMMBUYS, the online procurement platform for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The job aid outlines the process for responding to an open bid, including how to access the bid details, acknowledge receipt of the bid, input quote information, review terms and conditions, and submit the quote. The related state and local contract opportunity is for the purchase of 90 handheld pendant data loggers for the state of Massachusetts.
The job aid provides guidance on navigating the COMMBUYS system, entering quote details such as delivery days, shipping terms, and payment terms, and submitting the quote. It also highlights important steps in the process, such as accepting the terms and conditions. The job aid does not provide specific details about the data logger procurement, such as pricing terms, set-asides, or funding requirements. The focus is solely on the mechanics of responding to the bid through the COMMBUYS platform.
