Description of Requirement:

a. The majority of samples are expected to be provided at the first pick-up, with the remainder picked up at the second pick-up, although it is possible that additional pick-ups may be necessary.

b. Test approximately 28 blood samples for the following polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) compounds, at a minimum:

1. Perfluorooctanoic acid

2. Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid

3. Perfluoronanoic acid

4. Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid

5. Perfluorobutanesulfonic acid

6. Perfluoroheptanoic acid

c. Provide individual test results within 2 weeks of sample pick-up to the 115th Fighter Wing Medical Group via a secure method.
