About this file

This document is an Amendment #2 to an Agency Term Contract (DCITB-13-001) between the State of Florida, Department of Corrections and Calico Packaging, LLC. The amendment formally transfers the contract from Calico Industries of Florida, LLC to Calico Packaging, LLC, effectively reassigning all previous contract obligations to the new entity. The contract involves vented and non-vented can liners and applies to multiple correctional institutions across four regions in Florida.

The contract covers six line items of can liners with varying sizes and specifications, including 10-gallon, 44-gallon, and 55-gallon clear plastic can liners in both vented and non-vented configurations. The estimated annual quantities range from 160 to 3,020 cases, with per-case prices between $26.63 and $38.94. The total annual contract value is $177,870.90. Delivery is specified as 30 days after receipt of order, and the contract includes provisions for public records access, scrutinized companies certification, and cooperation with the Inspector General. The contract appears to be a statewide procurement vehicle for can liners used across Florida's correctional facilities.
