About this file

This document is Amendment #2 to an Agency Term Contract (ATC-18-003) for a Personal Body Alarm (PBA) System Statewide contract between the State of Florida, Department of Corrections and Cornerstone Detention Products, Inc. The amendment modifies various sections of the original contract, including contract management, termination conditions, subcontracting provisions, pricing, and other administrative terms.

The contract covers a Personal Body Alarm (PBA) system manufactured by ACTALL PALS, with pricing established for both initial contract years (one through five) and renewal years (six through ten). The pricing includes various system components such as central console CPUs, software suites, wireless receivers, repeaters, and transmitters, with a total annual cost of $305,429.63 for the initial term and $381,612.62 for the renewal term. The contract also includes hourly rates for system installation, programming, and service technician calls, with different rates for normal business hours and after-hours/holiday service. The amendment revises pricing, clarifies contract management responsibilities, and updates terms related to subcontractors, price adjustments, and contract modifications.
