About this file

This document is an Amendment #2 to Agency Term Contract ATC-17-015 between the State of Florida, Department of Corrections and Cason Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. dba Lake Butler Farm Center. The amendment renews the existing contract for a three-year term ending November 7, 2022, and updates various sections including pricing, contract management, and other administrative details.

The contract covers Category B - Seeds/Seedlings for four different regions (I, II, III, and IV) and a statewide category, with comprehensive pricing tables for various agricultural seeds including bell pepper, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe, carrot, cauliflower, corn, cucumber, collard, mustard, pea, green bean, tomato, watermelon, and zucchini seeds. The amendment includes price adjustments, with unit prices ranging from $0.52 to $206.00 per pack or pound, and estimated annual costs varying by region. The total estimated annual cost across all regions and statewide is approximately $313,570.15. A special note indicates that for items 50 lbs and heavier, the Department will pick up the ordered items due to shipping limitations.
