About this file
This document is an Amendment #3 to an Agency Term Contract (ATC-17-001) for Laundry Equipment between the Florida Department of Corrections (Department) and CLEC Distribution LLC (Contractor). The amendment formally transfers the contract from Coin Laundry Equipment Company, Inc. to CLEC Distribution LLC, with CLEC Distribution agreeing to perform all previously established contract obligations. The amendment modifies various sections of the original contract, including scope of work, contract terms, contract management, termination conditions, and other administrative provisions.
The contract covers the procurement of industrial laundry equipment for correctional facilities, specifically washers and extractors and tumbler dryers with varying capacities (160 lb, 85 lb, 65 lb, and 75 lb). The pricing is detailed in the Revised Exhibit B, with unit prices ranging from $3,763 to $19,900 per unit depending on equipment type, electrical configuration, and fuel type (natural gas, LP gas, or steam). The total estimated contract value is $657,864, covering an estimated annual quantity of washers and dryers across different specifications. Delivery is set at 60 days after receipt of order, with the equipment being UNIMAC brand models. The contract includes provisions for background checks, public records management, insurance requirements, and potential termination conditions.
