About this file

This document is Amendment #4 to Agency Term Contract ATC-16-006 for Grease Trap Pumping Services between the State of Florida, Department of Corrections (the Department) and BPS Incorporated (the Contractor). The amendment was effective December 1, 2017, and modifies several sections of the original contract, including contract management, service delivery times, public records responsibilities, and dispute resolution procedures.

The amendment updates the contract to revise Exhibit B, the Price Page, which reflects changes in grease trap pumping service locations. Specifically, it removes Arcadia Road Prison, Union WC, Bradenton Bridge, and Bridges of Pompano from the service locations, and adds the Harry Singletary Training Building to the Wakulla Correctional Institution. The services involve grease trap pumping at various Florida Department of Corrections facilities, with specified service hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. The amendment maintains the overall structure of the original contract while making targeted updates to improve clarity and operational effectiveness.
