About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to AHCA Contract No. EXD097, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the Agency) and Myers and Stauffer, LC (the Vendor). The amendment involves a contract renewal between these two parties, executed in April 2020 and signed on 6/20/2022 by representatives from both organizations, including James Erickson (Member), Simone Marstiller (Secretary), and Josefina Tamayo (General Counsel).

The amendment extends the original contract term, modifying the contract period to begin on July 1, 2021, and end on June 30, 2023. This renewal is consistent with the contract's provisions allowing for a renewal option of up to three years or the original contract term, whichever is longer. The amendment exercises the first renewal option for a twelve-month period starting July 1, 2022. All other provisions of the original contract not in conflict with this amendment remain in effect, and the parties are to continue performing at the previously specified level.
