About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to AHCA Contract No. EXD090, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the Agency) and Radey Law Firm (the Vendor), a legal services provider. The amendment was executed in April 2020 and involves a contract modification between these two parties.

The amendment extends the contract's term from August 31, 2020, to June 30, 2023, and increases the total contract amount from $80,000.00 to $117,000.00, representing a $37,000.00 increase for legal services. The contract includes specific billing provisions, with fees not to exceed $107,000.00, and requires the Vendor to notify the Agency in writing when billable services reach $100,000.00. The amendment represents the first renewal option for a twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2022, in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 287.058, which allows contract renewals up to three years or the original contract term, whichever is longer.
