About this file
This document is an Amendment (No. 2) to AHCA Contract No. EXD104, executed between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (the "Agency") and Ausley & McMullen, P.A. (the "Vendor"), which appears to be related to Private Attorney Services for the Office of the Attorney General.
The amendment modifies two key compensation sections, increasing the fee and cost limits. Specifically, the contract now stipulates that fees shall not exceed $130,000.00 (increased from a previous amount), with the Vendor required to notify the Agency in writing when billable services reach $110,000.00. Additionally, reimbursable costs are capped at $25,000.00, with a notification threshold of $20,000.00. The Vendor must provide written notification as soon as practicable and prior to the next monthly invoice, with failure to comply potentially resulting in non-payment. The amendment was signed in December 2022, with effective dates referencing April 2020.
