About this file

This document is Amendment No. 2 to AHCA Contract No. EXD0103, an agreement between the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and Radey Thomas Yon & Clark, P.A. (doing business as Radey Law Firm), a legal services vendor. The amendment modifies an existing contract for legal services, specifically involving the Office of Attorney General's Private Attorney Services.

The amendment extends the contract term from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2025, and reduces the total contract amount from $150,000.00 to $125,000.00, representing a $25,000.00 decrease in legal services and costs. The revised compensation structure limits fees to $124,000.00, with the vendor required to notify AHCA in writing when billable services reach $118,000.00. The contract includes a renewal option for twelve months beginning July 1, 2024, and stipulates that fees in excess of the specified amount will not be compensable, with non-compliance potentially resulting in non-payment.
