About this file
This document is an Amendment to an Emergency Contract issued by the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), involving Atkins North America, Inc. The amendment is to the original agreement number H9059, which was initially executed on 8/26/2023. The contract covers RTMC & ITS Communications Support for District 1, District 2, District 3, District 5, and District 7, with the current amendment's purpose being to add applicable federal contract terms.
The amendment incorporates additional federal contract terms related to the Clean Air Act, Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment. These terms require the contractor to comply with environmental standards, report violations, and include specific provisions in subcontracts exceeding $150,000 that are financed with federal assistance. The amendment does not modify the pricing, scope, or duration of the original contract, but instead adds federal compliance requirements to ensure adherence to federal regulations for contracts involving federal funding or assistance.
