Post Hurricane Irma high resolution aerial video mapping along US1 in Monroe County, Florida . GPI will use a 50mp camera to record SB & NB video as low as safely possible (this will be determined by our pilot, copied on the email). We have used this camera for similar roadway video and it should assist with recon efforts.

Acquisition plan:

Based on current weather forecasts and daylight requirements, Tuesday a.m. is the most probable acquisition time. After collection, we can try to transmit electronically, but it would be a sure-fire plan to have a data “hand-off” at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (GPI’s hangar). Delivery time would be shortly/immediately after landing back at our hangar. It is anticipated that we can perform this mission with one lift from our current positioning.

Hi Brett, Thank you for coordinating with me this weekend in the wake of this monster storm. As discussed, we are still positioned well to launch our aircraft as soon as

VFR allows.

I’ve attached a KMZ (adjusted Zoltek’s exhibit) showing the anticipated coverage of the video. We will use a 50mp camera to record SB & NB video as low as safely possible (this will be determined by our pilot, copied on the email). We have used this camera for similar roadway video and it should assist with recon efforts. I am not sure if I can provide example video at this time as we shut down our servers already as a precaution. We are also looking into geo-tagging the video.

Acquisition plan:

Based on current weather forecasts and daylight requirements, Tuesday a.m. is the most probable acquisition time. After collection, we can try to transmit electronically, but it would be a sure-fire plan to have a data “hand-off” at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (GPI Goespatial’s hangar). Delivery time would be shortly/immediately after landing back at our hangar. It is anticipated that we can perform this mission with one lift from our current positioning.

I have also attached a project cost estimate using the same template from TWO1. Please give me a call should you have any questions or concerns.

Regards, Matt LaLuzerne, P.S.M.
