About this file

This document is a Task Work Order Amendment for a Master University Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The amendment is designated as Amendment #1 for Master Agreement #BED32, Task Work Order #977-02, and involves the Research Center of the Florida Department of Transportation.

The task work order focuses on a research project for "Counting Airport Operations Using Aircraft Transponder Signals and/or Aircraft Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) Data" with a project period from 10/5/23 to 2/28/2024. The total compensation for the project is $22,049.00, divided into three lump sum deliverables: Deliverable 1 at $11,834.00, Deliverable 2a at $8,788.00, and Deliverable 3 at $1,427.00. The amendment primarily corrects an error in the Exhibit B Method of Compensation, specifically addressing a discrepancy where the compensation was initially shown for four deliverables when only three actually exist. The university will submit invoices upon approval of each task deliverable, with the Research Center allowing ten working days for review and approval.
