About this file

This document is a Standard Written Agreement Modification (Amendment #1) between the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Flightline Group Inc., a vendor located in Tallahassee, FL. The agreement was executed on February 7, 2017, and modifies a previous contract originally entered into on June 29, 2016.

The contract covers Aircraft Inspections, Preventative Maintenance, and Repairs for Aircraft N106FL, with a total maximum amount of $35,000.00. The vendor will submit monthly invoices for completed inspections, repairs, or maintenance, with specialized repair services under $35,000 being invoiced and paid directly, while services over $35,000 require a Letter of Authorization. Payment will be made based on contract hourly billing rates, including costs of salaries, overhead, fringe benefits, and operating margin, with the department reserving the right to withhold payment for unsatisfactory performance.
