(SCFE), a Florida-based corporation. The agreement covers work to be performed in Glades County, specifically at State Road 29, involving a railroad crossing at Milepost AVD 919.08 with the FDOT/AAR Crossing Number 627657-N. The agreement was executed on October 12, 2020, with involvement from multiple FDOT representatives and the railroad company.

The primary scope of work involves the installation of an interconnect wire line under railroad tracks for operating a flashing warning beacon. The project includes preliminary engineering and flagging services, with a total estimated cost of $30,000 for these activities. The wire line will convey electrical current at a maximum of 120 volts and will be installed undertrack with conduit. The agreement specifies that the FDOT will construct and maintain the wire line, bear all associated costs, and reimburse South Central Florida Express for any necessary railroad-related services. The contract has a ten-year term, running from June 11, 2020 to June 11, 2030, and is funded through the Florida state transportation budget for the fiscal year 2020.
