About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 (Renewal No. 1) to Contract No. WQ156 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and SWCA, Inc. D/B/A SWCA Environmental Consultants, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The amendment modifies the original contract, which was initially established on January 14, 2019, through Solicitation No. 2019002 to provide professional environmental consulting services related to natural resource restoration activities for the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill.

The amendment renews the contract for an additional one-year period, extending from January 14, 2024, to January 13, 2025, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Key modifications include updating the task assignment process by removing previous attachment forms and requiring the use of the Department's latest task assignment forms, and revising the employee eligibility section to emphasize the use of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system for verifying employment eligibility of all employees and subcontractors. No specific pricing details or contract amounts are specified in this amendment document.
