About this file
This document is a Task Assignment Notification Form from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Division of State Lands, Bureau of Appraisal. The contract involves Carlson Norris & Associates, Inc. as the contractor and CDC Land Investments, Inc. as the property owner. The project is located in Collier County and pertains to the Fakahatchee Strand, with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida as the intended grantee.
The task assignment is for appraisal services to develop a retrospective market value opinion (as of September 20, 2019) for a fee simple land interest of approximately 148 gross acres, including 6 acres of non-contiguous uplands and 142 acres of wetlands. The fixed-price total for this task is $1,800.00, with the appraiser required to provide an electronic document for review, following specific guidelines.
