About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. GW284, an agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Ground Water Association, Inc. The amendment modifies the original contract, which was initially established on February 19, 2014, to provide coursework and continuing education for water well contractor licensure and license renewal.

The amendment primarily extends the contract period for an additional five years, from February 19, 2019, to February 18, 2024, with all previous terms and conditions remaining in effect. Key modifications include updates to notice procedures, contract manager contact information, and the incorporation of public records requirements. The amendment also adds provisions related to the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List and requires cooperation with the Inspector General Audit Cooperation. The contract appears to be for educational services specifically tailored to water well contractor licensing, with no specific pricing details provided in this amendment document.
