About this file

Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. GC905 is an agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The amendment documents a corporate name change from Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. to WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc., effective September 21, 2022, while maintaining the existing contractual obligations.

The underlying contract covers environmental forensics site investigation and technical support services, which was originally effective March 13, 2017, and was renewed on March 13, 2022. This amendment ensures that WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. assumes all previous rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities of the former corporate entity. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, with the amendment simply serving to update the contractor's legal name while preserving the scope and continuity of the existing agreement.
