This document is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC846, a state contract for petroleum restoration services between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (a state agency) and GHD Services, Inc. (the contractor). The contract originally became effective February 19, 2014, and covers petroleum contamination site response action services.

The amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period from February 14, 2024, through August 14, 2024. During this extension period, the Department and Contractor shall continue performing their respective duties under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. The amendment prohibits the issuance of any new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after August 14, 2024; however, the Restated Contract shall remain in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued or executed during the renewal or extended term. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with the amendment's provisions controlling in any instance of inconsistency with the original contract.
