About this file
This is Amendment No. 14 to the Agency Term Contract No. GC842 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and ARCADIS U.S., INC. The contract, originally executed on February 19, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the South Region of Florida. The amendment was executed on May 8, 2024, by Gus Suarez, Vice President of ARCADIS U.S., INC., and Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Amendment No. 14 implements a rate increase to the contractor's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.5) for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. The rate increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5% threshold allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply to 196 pay items across multiple service categories including mobilization costs, drilling and boring services, sampling and analysis, soil excavation and disposal, remedial system installation and operation, and professional services such as engineering reviews and report preparation. Individual pay items received rate increases ranging from approximately 3.39% to 5.00%, with the majority receiving the maximum 5.00% increase. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the prior Rate Schedule. The amendment does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items in the contract; it exclusively adjusts pricing for specified services.
