About this file

This document is Amendment No. 20 to Agency Term Contract No. GC827, a Petroleum Restoration Program contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the contractor. The amendment formally documents the assignment of the contract from Trident Treatment & Dewatering, LLC (d/b/a MAS Environmental LLC) to NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC (d/b/a MAS Environmental). The assignment became effective on May 8, 2024, and was approved by the Department. The new contractor is located at 3900 Kennesaw 75 Parkway, Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30144, with FEID No. 26-0347209. Marc Eichenholtz remains the Contract Manager for the agreement.

The contract pertains to petroleum contamination site response action services, originally effective February 21, 2014. The assignment transfers all rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities of the previous contractor to NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC. The new contractor will continue to use the DEP unique Contractor Identification Number #1338 (CID) and maintain all associated rates, performance evaluation scores, and other information previously achieved under the agreements. The contract is one of three related indefinite delivery contracts (GC779, GC827, and GC883) that were assigned simultaneously to the new contractor. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in case of any inconsistencies.
