About this file
This is Amendment No. 11 to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Agency Term Contract No. GC809, a petroleum contamination site response action services contract between FDEP and Gannett Fleming, Inc. The amendment was executed on May 25, 2022, with an effective Rate Change Date of 5/25/2022. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services for the North Region of Florida and is an indefinite delivery vehicle with the contractor based in the United States (FEID No. 251613591).
Amendment No. 11 implements rate adjustments to the contract's pay item schedule, effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date. The amendment modifies pricing for approximately 200 pay items across multiple service categories including drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and field testing, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris and waste removal, remedial action construction, and professional engineering and geology services. Rate changes range from decreases of 44.44 percent (P.E. Project Oversight for Remediation System Integration and Startup-Medium System, from $2,700 to $1,500) to increases of 10.04 percent across most items, with many drilling and boring services increasing approximately 10 percent and laboratory analysis fees increasing between 5 and 10 percent. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the previous rate schedule (V3.3), while new work assignments apply the revised schedule (V3.4). The amendment does not add, delete, or otherwise modify any line items contained in the original contract, affecting only the pricing structure for ongoing service delivery.
