About this file

This is Amendment No. 12 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC805, a petroleum contamination site response action services contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT). The contract, originally executed on February 27, 2014, covers services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment was executed in May 2022 and became effective on May 25, 2022, following data processing and department review procedures.

Amendment No. 12 implements rate increases across 328 pay items in the contract's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.4). The increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5 percent allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022. Pre-existing work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue under the prior Rate Schedule (V3.3). The rate adjustments cover a comprehensive range of services including mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris and waste disposal, petroleum storage tank removal, remediation system integration and operation, and professional engineering and geology services. The revised rates in Attachment D (V3.4) supersede all prior rates for new work assignments, with the Agreed New Rate representing the maximum authorized payment for each line item.
