About this file
This is Amendment No. 15 to Agency Term Contract No. GC772, a state contract extension between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and S&ME, INC. The contract, originally effective March 6, 2014, governs petroleum contamination site response action services. The amendment was signed by Jessica Kramer, Sr. Project Manager for S&ME, INC. on July 25, 2024, and by the FDEP on August 2, 2024.
The amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and ending February 14, 2025. No new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after the extended term expires; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term may continue for up to twelve months beyond the extended term to allow for completion. The contractor attests that commodities and services offered have not been produced by forced labor and acknowledges that the Department will terminate the contract should the contractor be placed on the force labor vendor list pursuant to Florida Statute 287.1346. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with this amendment controlling in the event of any inconsistency between the contract and the amendment.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Contract is extended for a 6-month period, pursuant to section 287.057(13), F.S., to begin

Contractor further agrees that the Department will terminate this contract should Contractor be placed on the force labor vendor list created pursuant to section 287.1346, F.S.
4. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in effect. If and to the extent that any inconsistency may appear between the Contract and this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
