About this file

This is Amendment No. 14 to Agency Term Contract No. GC768, a rate increase amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and RNA Consulting Group, LLC. The contract, originally executed on February 21, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. The amendment was signed on May 8, 2024, by Robert Brown, President of RNA Consulting Group, LLC, and Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of FDEP.

Amendment No. 14 modifies the rate schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.4) for petroleum remediation services, effective June 10, 2024, for all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date. The rate increases, which do not exceed the maximum 5% allowable under contract provision 11.B.ii, apply to 61 pay items including services such as well sampling, soil and water testing, pilot testing, dewatering systems, trenching and installation, remediation system oversight, and professional engineer reviews and certifications. Most pay items received a 5.00% increase, with three items receiving slightly lower increases of 4.99%, 4.98%, and 3.90%. Pre-existing rate schedules remain in effect for work assignments offered before the Rate Change Date. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged, with this amendment superseding any inconsistent provisions in the original contract.
