About this file

This is Amendment No. 12 to the Agency Term Contract No. GC752, a rate adjustment amendment executed on June 1, 2023, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and ENVISORS-ENSOUTH JOINT VENTURE, LLC. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. The amendment modifies pricing for new work assignments issued on or after the Rate Change Date of June 1, 2023, while maintaining existing rates for all work assignments issued prior to this date.

The amendment adjusts rates across 267 pay items included in the contract's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.3), encompassing a comprehensive range of environmental services including site assessments, drilling and boring operations, well installation and abandonment, sampling and analysis, soil and groundwater remediation systems, tank removal and disposal, and professional services such as engineering oversight and regulatory compliance certifications. Rate changes range from decreases of up to 39.05% to increases of up to 8.00%, with most adjustments in the 2% to 8% range. The amendment specifies that no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments shall be issued after the renewal term, though the contract continues for up to twelve months following renewal term expiration to allow completion of work assignments executed during the renewal period. Photo documentation requirements for drums are added to ensure compliance with industry standards of 75% capacity. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with amendment provisions taking precedence in case of inconsistencies.
