About this file

This document is Amendment No. 10 to Agency Term Contract No. GC755 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Florida Geotechnical Engineering, Inc. The amendment was executed on August 22, 2022, and modifies the original contract that became effective February 26, 2014. The underlying contract governs petroleum contamination site response action services.

Amendment No. 10 updates the Scope of Services, specifically Section 12 (Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal) of Attachment A (V2.0) regarding the Schedule of Pay Items. The amendment establishes procedures for handling soil volume overages during delivery: if delivery weight tickets indicate an overage of the volume approved on a Purchase Order and the excess soil does not exceed 20 percent of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order, the contractor is required to notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in effect, with the provisions of this amendment controlling in the event of any inconsistencies.
