About this file
This document is Amendment No. 17 to Agency Term Contract No. GC751, a state contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Environmental Risk Management, LLC, DBA ERMI. The contract was originally effective February 21, 2014, and this amendment extends the term for an additional six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and ending February 14, 2025.
The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services to the State of Florida. The amendment restricts the issuance of new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after the extended term expires; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term may continue for up to twelve months after the extended term to allow for completion. The contractor attests under penalty of perjury that commodities and services have not been produced using forced labor, and the Department reserves the right to terminate the contract should the contractor be placed on the force labor vendor list. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistencies.
