About this file
This document is Amendment No. 16 to Agency Term Contract No. GC739, a contract modification between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and ATC GROUP SERVICES, LLC DBA ATLAS TECHNICAL. The original contract was effective February 25, 2014, for petroleum contamination site response action services.
Amendment No. 16 extends the contract for a six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and ending February 14, 2025, pursuant to section 287.057(13), F.S. The amendment modifies the Term of Contract section to prohibit issuance of new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments after the extended term expires; however, the Restated Contract shall remain in effect for up to twelve months following the extended term to allow completion of any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued or executed during the renewal or extended term. All other existing terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with amendment provisions controlling in cases of inconsistency.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Contract is extended for a 6-month period, pursuant to section 287.057(13), F.S., to begin
August 14, 2024, and remain in effect until February 14, 2025. The Department and the Contractor shall continue to perform their respective duties during this extension period pursuant to the same terms and conditions provided in the Contract.
