DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC738 Amendment No. 9

This is Amendment No. 9 to Agency Term Contract No. GC738, a language amendment with rate increase executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Ardaman & Associates, Inc. (FEID No. 592984496). The original contract, executed on March 18, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. The amendment was executed on June 1, 2023, with an effective rate change date of 6/1/2023.

The amendment modifies the rate schedule for petroleum restoration program services without adding, deleting, or otherwise modifying any line items contained in the original contract. Rate increases apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date, while all pre-rate change work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule. The amended rate schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.2) encompasses over 200 pay items covering site assessment, drilling and boring, well installation and maintenance, laboratory analysis, remediation services, and disposal operations. Rate increases range from approximately 0.43% to 7.50%, with most increases clustered between 4% and 5%. The amendment also adds a requirement for photo documentation of drum interiors to ensure compliance with the industry standard of 75% capacity. Additionally, the amendment clarifies that no new purchase orders or task assignments will be issued after the renewal term expires, though existing assignments may continue for up to twelve months for completion purposes.
