About this file
This is Amendment No. 12 to Agency Term Contract No. GC733, a rate increase amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Andreyev Engineering, Inc. The original contract was executed on February 27, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. The amendment was signed on May 8, 2024, by Jeffery E. Eller, Vice President of Andreyev Engineering, Inc., and Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
The amendment updates the rate schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.4) for services rendered under the contract, effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. The rate increases apply only to new work assignments; all pre-rate change work assignments continue under the previous rates. The requested rate increases do not exceed the 5% maximum authorized under contract provision 11.B.ii, with most increases ranging from approximately 3.74% to 5.00%. The rate schedule encompasses over 400 pay items covering a comprehensive range of petroleum site remediation services, including mobilization, drilling and boring operations, soil and water sampling and analysis, well installation and abandonment, excavation and remediation, treatment systems, engineering oversight, and various professional services. The Agreed New Rates represent the maximum rates authorized for payment under the contract.
